Comments: astronomer; alchemist; combined geometrical benefits of the Copernican system with the philosophical benefits of the Ptolemaic system into his own model of the universe, the Tychonic system; Alchemy; wrote to Galileo and Johannes Kepler in code, to avoid the Inquisition;
